Hi, I am Raoul Flaminzeanu and I drive change and innovation using design as a powerful tool across diverse industries, including e-commerce, insurance, and SAAS. With 20 years in tech and product design, I build and guide high-performing teams to deliver multichannel experiences through effective processes and methods. I developed a framework called "A Learning Team Experience," which transforms a company into a learning organization.
