I conceived, pitched, and ran a cross-platform team from scratch, shipping continuously for two years and evolving from small friction fixes to full workflows, increasing NPS by two points along the way.

Led the UX team behind Shopify's Navigational L, the most viewed surface in the admin. Redesigned Quick Search, the Account Menu and the information architecture, aligned stakeholders up to the CEO, and introduced ALTE, a cohort-based learning framework, to grow the team.

Built up Coveo's design practice inside R&D, growing design capacity 380% in 12 months. Mapped mandates, paired designers with product managers, introduced a shared backlog and knowledge-sharing rituals, and supported a token-based design system.

Built a mobile engineering practice from scratch, with a mission to launch an app within 6 months. Created a shared team identity and rituals, a three-tier Discovery, Design and Development process, and inclusive planning, then scaled from one development team to two.
